Next RCAA Meeting: Saturday, August 25, 2007 @ 11a.m.

HERE IS THE ANNOUNCEMENT ABOUT THE UPCOMING RCAA MEETING:
"Well, it's that time again: Time to meet again and to discuss our business for the RCAA as we go into the 2007-08 term.
I have to say that I have enjoyed being your President over the past year and a half, and I look forward to continuing to work with you and businesses within Rankin County as we spread the message of the arts.

"The date for the next meeting will be Saturday, August 25, 2007 at 11a.m. This will be held at the Subway in Pearl, MS (3000 HWY 80E). You might have been able to tell that this Subway Restaurant has become a supporter of the arts over the past few months, hosting not only weekly opportunities for performing artists but two book clubs as well. This will be advertised as a "Back to School" Meet and Greet, as we want to again reach out to our young people in the county and get them excited about the arts as well. I look at this meeting as a way for people to see what we are doing in the community and to discuss the partnerships that we are forming.

"We will also be looking at our structure and making needed changes/additions in regard to the board."

Thank you for your continued support.
